Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy

1.) Terms and Conditions
  The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall be binding for every customer of Crypto Threads NFTs. By visiting our website to purchase "Crypto Thread NFTs" a business organized to provide Non-Fungible Tokens in the form of digital art, (hereafter referred to as “ctnfts.com”), you are agreeing to all terms and conditions herein.

2.) Requirements for Use
  Customers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to bind with any legal contracts, terms, and conditions set forth as a member, purchaser, buyer, or holder of a Crypto Thread NFT provided by ctnfts.com. Every user must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person. Ctnfts.com may, but shall not be obligated or required to, request documentation or other proof of compliance with the requirements contained in the said paragraphs.

 2.1) Crypto Threads NFTs are Digital Assets and we promiss no other value intended.
 2.2) Crypto Threads NFTs are Digital Assets with no promissed utility, by the artist. All utiliy that is within the image is equall to the purchasers imagenation. Each NFT is sold as is, a digital piece of artwork by daniel bateman.
 2.3) Digital Assets are defined by Crypto Threads NFTs as follows;"The artwork illustrated by artist Daniel Bateman is his own and none other, and the metadata embededd within the digital file that being a .jpeg, .png, .tiff, .svg, or any-other formatt that this digital asset with contract can be attached too makes no difference, an agreement has been made by the purchaser and ctnfts.com.

 2.4)Crypto Threads Will be a Small Community for an expected year or two. At Crypto Threads NFTs we know how importaint your purchase is to our business and community as a project. In fact each purchase is recorded and validated, authorized, and stored on the block chain. It's this information, and data from our holders that make up the utility and foundation of our NFT. Every Crypto Thread NFT comes with a contract that is specific to each digital asset, and once purchased this digital asset along with the contract embeded within the metadata of the purchased NFT is owned by the purchaser for ever, or until that contract is sold, or modified. Please read the full privacy policy of Crypto Threads NFTs to ensure that your purchase is understood and common. Crypto Threads is 100% transparent with all holders of our NFTs and we want you to embrace the purchase you make from us. Please read the full policy, and continue to read over it as this policy is subject to change.

 2.5) Access To Exclusive Merchandise designed and developed by Bad Habits Co. and Crypto Threads.
 2.6) Permitted Access As a holder, purchaser, or community member, (after your nft purchase is confirmed on the block chain) you will be notified soon after your purchase that you have been entered into the Crypto Threads Community Members Data Base, and your purchase will be announced on Crypto Threads Offical Twitter account. Merchandise will be available as it is designed and developed by Bad Habits Co. and Crypto Threads collectively, however we do garentee a members only V.I.P. merch drop sometime before our Fashion Show, which will take place in October of 2022. This merch drop will include a limited supply and holders of our nfts can purchase up to 10 items maximum.

 2.7) Utility of Crypto Thread NFTs
 2.8) RF-Blocking Technology In Every "Threads Hoodie" The utility for "Threads Streetwear and Urban Apparel" is currently under development and will continue to be until the merch drop in October. However, the development of "Threads" as a brand and competitor in the NFT industry and the Fashion industry is our primary concern. We have big hopes and plans for the future, and have every intention to work hard to make those goals happen when they are posted to happen. We are not blowen smoke. This is our business and we take it very serious.
 2.9) Website Updates and Community Register
 3) Minting Will End After 365 Days. Their is still a lot of work to be done on the Official Website of Crypto Threads and that work will continue to happen during the first year after minting. Minting will end April 1, 2023, that is exactly 1 year after minting started. In the event that all nfts are minted before April 1, 2023 then minting will end then. On April 1, 2023 all minting will stop and any nfts that were not minted will be delt with approprietly. We may "burn" them or release them on a latter date, that decision will be discussed and made when the said date arrives.

 4) Compliance with Law, Third Party Rights, and Other Google Terms of Service You will comply with all applicable law, regulation, and third party rights (including without limitation laws regarding the import or export of data or software, privacy, and local laws). You will not use the NFTs to encourage or promote illegal activity or violation of third party rights. You will not violate any other terms of service with Hostgator, Mintables.club, or Google (or its affiliates).
 4.1) Using Mintables.club Software and APIs
 4.2) Your End Users You will require your end users to comply with (and not knowingly enable them to violate) applicable law, regulation, and the Terms.
 4.3) Accepting the Terms You may not use the APIs and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Google, or (b) you are a person barred from using or receiving the APIs under the applicable laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the APIs.

3.) Dates/Times/Locations Are Subject To Change Without Notice
  Hfhub.com is a not for profit organization that lists verified church’s, government agencies, organizations, soup kitchens, food trucks, meal sites and other hot meal providers based on information gathered by volunteers on behalf of hfhub.com. All hot meal “feed” times are listed accordingly, along with the address to each individual organization. Because several of these organizations are non profit, funding can run out unexpectedly without notice, resulting in false information respectfully.
 3.1) Locations Are Subject To Change Without Notice
  Staff from hfhub.com conduct thorough research regarding the availability of hot meals, the integrity of each organiza- tion listed on its websites, and consistent updates to ensure correct “Dates,Times, and Locations are listed correctly with- out error. Random calls are made to each sister organization daily to ensure information is valid and correct. In cases of emergency these organizations can not be held liable, nor can hfhub.com for any delayed or vacant hot meal locations.

4.) Use of "The List", and all Services and Resources Disclaimer of Liability
  Ctnfts.com can not guarantee against loss of liberties, or physical or mental harm that could occur during a users "time of travel" to a hot meal location site. Any user that utilizes Googles “Map” which has been embedded by hfhub.com to be taken directly to a hot meal can not guarantee directions without error. Ctnfts.com can not be held responsible for unforsceen acts of violance, or loss of liberties that could happen along the way.
 
 4.1) Ctnfts.com uses Googles API'S to reduce travel time, expenses occured from traveling, exposure to danger, and unforsceen acts of violence. Location services provided by ctnfts.com by way via API Google agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by Google and Google LLC. regarding proper use of their API's.
  4.2) Further more, ctnfts.com gathers user data per ctnfts.com's own discresion and for the use of ctnfts.com's choice to do whatsoever it deems appropriate inorder to continue to abide by State and Federal laws, and to abide by Googles Terms and Conditions as set forth herin.
 

Each user of ctnfts.com is responsible for their own life and pursuit to happiness. Each user is responsible to protect themselves and to protect their own Washington State Civil Liberties to the best of their ability. In an emergency situation a customer of ctnfts.com is encouraged and directed to call emergency services for help, dial 911. A user may call the offices of ctnfts.com for help with Crypto Threads NFTs services included on "The List", and or questions about dispensary locations, Private Investigator Services, and availability.

5.) Limitation of Liability
  This limitation of liability shall be binding on every customer and any third party, including but not limited to the customer and the customer’s successors, assigners, insurance carriers and other individuals or entities asserting any right or claim relating to the customer’s transaction with ctnfts.com, liability is and shall be expressly and specifically limited when permitted by law, ctnfts.com and ctnfts.com’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, financial losses, personal injury direct or indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
 

6.) Affiliates
  Ctnfts.com has several affiliates that provide information on our service and refer website visitors to us. Affiliates must adhere to rules and guidelines set forth by our program to maintain ethical advertising practices and remain in our affiliate programs, but ultimately we do not have control over affiliate websites (affiliates not following our terms and conditions are subject to cancellation).

7.) Googles API Map Services Disclaimer of Liability
  Ctnfts.com shall not be responsible for the contents of the Googles embedded location services and Googles data appearing on its website. Googles “map” services are prepared by third parties other than ctnfts.com and are included only for general information to its customers. Ctnfts.com shall not be liable for anyone who relies on the information contained therein.

8.) Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
  The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Hfhub.com’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the services offered by ctnfts.com must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the State of Washington. Ctnfts.com shall be entitled to reimbursement for all costs incurred by it in defending any civil action filed or attempted to be filed in any jurisdiction outside of the State of Wash- ington, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, cost of litigation, and full compensation in the case of availing summary judgement in frivolous lawsuits.

9.) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOGLE, AND GOOGLE'S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA; FINANCIAL LOSSES; OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10.) TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GOOGLE, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE APPLICABLE APIS (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE APIS AGAIN) DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11.)IN ALL CASES, GOOGLE, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSE, LOSS, OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
  11.1) Indemnification
  Unless prohibited by applicable law, if you are a business, you will defend and indemnify Google, and its affiliates, direc- tors, officers, employees, and users, against all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees (including legal fees), and expenses relating to any allegation or third-party legal proceeding to the extent arising from:
 11.2) your misuse or your end user's misuse of the APIs;
 11.3) your violation or your end user's violation of the Terms; or
 11.4) any content or data routed into or used with the APIs by you, those acting on your behalf, or your end users.

12.) Waiting Period for a Claim
  A customer who wishes to submit a claim to ctnfts.com must NOTIFY THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY TO REQUEST A CLAIM FORM. To be processed, the claim form must be fully and accurately completed, signed and mailed to Crypto Threads NFTs. at P.O. Box 95565 Seattle, Wa 98145. All claims must be addressed to “Human Services” in accordance with the claim form instructions. The customer must submit all supporting documentation with the completed and signed claim form. Failure to properly complete, sign and/or mail the claim form WITH PROOF THAT THERE HAS BEEN A VIOLATION OF A CUSTOMERS STATE, OR FEDERAL RIGHTS to ctnfts.com will result in the denial of the claim by ctnfts.com. There is a 15-day waiting period from the time the claim form is received by ctnfts.com, and when the claim is processed. All claims will be answered within 15 business days.
